FBA’s BancServ endorses Equias Alliance’s BOLI and Executive/Director Benefits

The Florida Bankers Association and its subsidiary, BancServ, announce the endorsement of Equias Alliance, LLC’s BOLI and Executive/Director Benefit consulting services. Equias Alliance, a team of some of the most experienced former consultants and technical support team members of Clark Consulting, will continue to serve the nonqualified benefit plan and BOLI needs of their clients they developed while working with Clark Consulting as well as provide services to new client banks inFloridaand across the nation. Glenn Blackwood andKevin Allbee, the Equias Alliance consultants inFlorida, have worked with over 100Floridafinancial institutions over the past 20 years regarding these programs. Equias Alliance consultants serve over 700 bank clients nationwide, provide a wealth of experience and knowledge of the market,  and include 8 CPA’s, 2 attorneys, 7 MBA’s, 3 CLU’s plus many other designations and licenses.

Equias Alliance, LLC will provide ongoing BOLI and benefit servicing using a servicing systemClarkdeveloped in conjunction with Andesa Services, Inc. This system, a $20 million state-of-the-art project, was designed over the past three years to specifically replace Clark’s current systems. Mr. Blackwood will continue to work with his clients  to transition them  to the Equias Alliance system during 2011. New clients will be served by the Equias Alliance team, which expects to provide the highest level of service in the industry.
